Comfortable and cheery, guestrooms at the 430-room Sunset Beach Resort offer travelers a host of choices. The Beach Wing provides low-rise intimacy, while the ten-story Sunrise and Sunset Towers stand closer to the dynamic lobby area. Light Caribbean colours offset warm wood funiture and cool tile floors. Deluxe suites feature multiple balconies and separate living rooms. Cribs and rollaways are available on request.
Guestrooms feature one king or two double beds, air conditioning, dresser desk, full baths, hair dryers, telephones with voice mail, satellite television, in-room safes, irons, ironing boards, coffee/tea service and private balconies.

Standard View: Gaze on the lush hills, tropical gardens or resort views from these 105 Beach Wing or Tower rooms.
Bay View: The towers have 80 rooms that showcase Montego Bay and city vistas.
Ocean View: Catch a glimpse of the sparkling Caribbean sea from one of these 99 rooms in the Towers or Beach Wing.
Oceanfront: Each room features a private balcony overlooking the beach. The resort has 130 oceanfront rooms in the Beach Wing Towers.
Waterpark: Perfect for families who want direct access to Jamaica's largest resort water slide, Waterpark rooms are located in the two story Courtyard adjacent to Pirates Paradise. These feature views of the ocean or the Courtyard gardens have two Double beds with a private patio or balcony. All rooms feature tile floors, , dresser-desk, full bath with tub/shower combination, Flat screen LCD TV with satellite, telephone with voice mail, in-room safe, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea service. Twenty (20) of these rooms are equipped with kid-approved bunk beds. Inter-connecting rooms available.
Beachfront Cabana: Experience Sunset in these Cabana Beachfront Rooms located in a two story building directly on the shore. Eighteen (18) of these Cabana rooms are ideally located so that guests on the lower level can walk directly out of their rooms to the sparkling blue water. Rooms have either a King bed or two Double beds with a private patio or balcony. All rooms feature tile floors, dresser-desk, full bath with tub/shower combination, Flat screen LCD TV with satellite, telephone with voice mail, in-room safe, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea service.
Jr. Suites: Eight spacious junior suites located in the Beach Wing each contain a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bath and balcony.
One Bedroom Suite:
Add more space to your stay in the One Bedroom Suites in the Sunrise or Sunset Towers; with stunning ocean views from oversized balconies, these suites are ideal for families and offer a separate living room with sofa bed along with a King bed in the master bedroom; suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.
